EU Research Trip

During October - November 2025 I have conducted a research trip through Europ to develop my material and technical knowledge, as part of my Stone and Glass R&D.

I arranged gallery & studio visits, courses, and seminars across six countries. I drove through Antwerp, Berlin, Prague, Novy Bor, Vienna, Insbruk, Zurich, Laussane, and Paris. Notably I connected with Rero-Glass, School of Sculpture, Berlin Glass, Martin Janekey, Novotny, Nissen Glass, amongst many other studios and galleries.

This trip has been incredibly informative for the development of my practice, I have developed further material research, learned new skills, strengthened networks, and seen a diverse varriety of making techniques.

During my visits I have been connected to new artists in Berlin and Prague, as well as becoming a part of the Antwerp based Green-Soda-Movement.
